Who we are
Global Web Rise ("GWR", "we", "us") builds and maintains websites for small businesses in Kingston, Ontario and the surrounding area. You can reach us at globalwebrise@gmail.com or 343-364-7315.
What we collect
- Contact / estimate forms: your name, business name, phone, email and message — used only to respond to your inquiry.
- Giveaway entries: name, business name, email and phone — used only to administer the promotion (see its Official Rules).
- Marketing consent: only if you tick a separate opt-in box do we send occasional emails about our services, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Sending an inquiry or entering a giveaway never subscribes you automatically.
- Website analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) — aggregate visits only. No personal profiles, no ad tracking.
Spam protection on our forms
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile is privacy-first and does not track you across the web. Form delivery is handled by Web3Forms, which passes your message to our inbox.
Client websites
Websites we build and maintain for clients include their own contact forms. Data submitted there belongs to that business — they are responsible for it. We only process it on their behalf (storing submissions and delivering notifications) under our service agreement, and never use it for anything else.
Where your data lives
Form submissions and service data are stored with our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, and email delivery via Web3Forms / Resend), which may process data outside Canada. We keep inquiry and lead data no longer than 24 months, then delete it.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email globalwebrise@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
